In the secret area under the doctors house, it looks like there's a section of map that you can't get to by normal jumping. I didn't have the gith to use her jump ability, so instead I used the Wizard's misty step - I was able to get there only to find nothing, and I couldn't get back. All I could do was misty step into the hole I initally got over, which insta-killed the character and dumped his dead body back at camp.
