So I did something stupid and gave into my curiosity and downloaded Window Optional Updates and other drivers
[Linked Image]

And now my game runs with broken textures mad

Anyone know why this is happening or how to get rid of the updates I just downloaded now?
I've also reinstalled my graphics card drivers too and hasn't fixed it frown

I don't know "why" explicitly, but here's what I would try:

1- see if you need to update any of your actual drivers. Sometimes an optional driver is expecting a different "real" driver and that could be causing an issue.
2- If you are using Vulkan on a Windows machine, switch to DX11.
3- Roll back the Realtek drivers only and see if that undoes the issue.
4- Roll back all optional updates.

It looks like a conflict between your current video driver (you knew that, I'm guessing) and, frankly, one of the Realtek drivers. Also, I've read about weird reactions for Windows systems using Vulkan drivers. Most Vulkan drivers are for non-Windows machines (Linux and macOS). If you have one of these machines and you're using a WIndows emulator of some type, consider a direct/native install for BG3 (this doesn't seem to be your case though).

Thank you. Ive somehow fixed the game by constantly changing the graphic settings from low to ultra and different random combinations. Basically just brute forcing my computer to fix itself 😆.
Additionally changed my physX to my dedicated gpu instead of the integrated gpu in the nvidia control panel. Can’t say for sure what fixed it but Im glad it did
