I want to customize this. If there isn't a way to do it already (and I've looked all over in the UI for one) there has to be a way for u s to set the length of the hotbar. I want it to start out the max length, especially for caster characters.

Bottom left part of bar there is small + - that incerase, or decerase length of bar ...
For some reason it however keeps some space unused. :-/
