So yeah .... according to 5e rules, melee attacks against prone targets should be at an advantage ... some reason in BG3 it shows all attacks (ranged and melee) at disadvantage. Not digging this. It's one of my favorite synergies and currently handicapping my melee heavy party.

**update** Seems that this observation was specific to a fight with a Bulette (I admint a certain amount of frustration as it was a tough fight) however, a following fight with some Minotaurs revealed that the melee folks were getting advantage on attacks vs prone targets, double advantage when those prone targets were reckless!

So, it seems maybe the rule is being applied inconsistently? Maybe a bug? FYSA. TY.

P.S. Stadia is not saving key bindings. Music settings and everything else saves, but key bindings.

I think it is a bug, because it does not always happen.

Here is an example of where it does:

We are talking melee only, right ? (read: ranged attacks have a penalty versus a prone target, with the exception of Sacred Flame who gets 100%).

( the image does show Wyl with a melee weapon )
