Spoilers for final battle
For my evil run I sided with the goblins and I've killed all the tieflings and the druids - but lots of stuff seems to not be registering. When I stole the idol Gale spoke to me about it, suggested it would be a potential solution to his issue, but that he wasn't sure it was worth upsetting the druids even though I had already killed them all and had the idol in my inventory. Wyll has had no reaction, and I've been told he's supposed to. The quest log still just says to destroy everything.
The first issue I noticed (which I think may have caused a lot of the other issues) is that Minthara has vanished. She was in one of the fights but now she's just gone - I've checked the corpses a few times and she doesn't seem to have died but she's not there and I'm *assuming* a dialog with her is what closes the quest.
The goblins that survived the fight are milling around talking about looting bodies etc. so they seem to be registering that it's over. The sappers were talking about waiting on Minthara's word to blow the place up before they all died fighting the druids (which is part of why I reckon Minthara is the base issue but I don't know if them dying in the fight also caused problems.)
I've tried short rests, long rests, and leaving and coming back manually and with fast travel and I also checked the goblin camp but she hasn't reappeared anywhere and nothing seems to be triggering anything to move forward.
