In one of my playthrough I once use Shadowheart to jump the cliff just before Astarion encounter
to get the bag hidden under the rock
. But I jumped too far and she took damage.
After that, every time I saved the game and load the save Shadowheart would be at the location where she took damage after this jump, even if she was at a complete different location when the save was made.
