Has anyone manage to give the correct password to Tingalf's supplier?

I've given that guy a couple of diffrent answers. He just says thats not it and attacks me. I think it has to be that way because you have to get the letter off his body.[you drag it into the inventory] <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

password?, I killed him and took what was his including a note you need to finish the quest.

Maybe it was't a password. Maybe he asks who sent you? But no matter what he attacks you. You kill him <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/badsmile2.gif" alt="" />

Indeed, I also was wondering about this password thing. When you just appear within Pedro's vision, you are given a choice of three passwords (assuming you already been to the cave and killed Vittorio).

Perhaps if your reputation is low enough you may get an opportunity to get this password from Tingalf? Don't know -- it's just a guess. But would be nice to hear from someone who may know the exact answer.

I tried "Vittorio" but that wasn't right. I suspect you just need to fight it out and that this bit of dialog is a "joke".
