Its a lot but a few are
- Companion dialog choices & approval. Gale had some new lore. Someone else had some new stuff I cant remember who.
- Druid grove NPC dialog and a few new options
- Jump taking movement
- Disturbing the items in spider cave starts a fight pretty much immediately
- Some graphics and pathing have changed. Some for the worse - necromancer of thay dungeon glitches out and I keep walking under the floor
edit: and throwing seems totally fkd now.
Stuff like that, I didn't write them all down because I was mainly just experiencing it, but Ive been like "huh, thats new" quite a bit and I have over 200 hours in it. Maybe I just missed it the first few times but a lot is different this time around.
