No dice roll indicator, and I never once observed a resistance against it. Any time a character falls prone, concentration is automatically broken. Seems like an obvious bug.

Had that too. I was pissed. My main casted Prot. from Evil, but slipped on grease (out of combat) : NO damage, no roll, lost it
