As a gith when I stumble on her messing with the artifact the only option is to drop it. That's the last thing a gith would do in that situation. I don't care if it means I lose her. I want my answers! I can't even recruit Lae'zel to let her know what she's up to. C'mon!

Seconding this with selling Astarion out to Cazador in exchange for vampiric powers. Kind of like with the Vallian vampire island that you could strike a deal with where they helped you out if you got them a supply of slaves.
