Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Technical Problems Help me Patch please?!

I downloaded the 1.34 patch but it won't let me patch the game at all. When it runs the installation program it says it's unable to find my Divine Divinity installation?! I've even tried placing the patche executable in the DD folder and running it from there to no avail. I don't understand. It won't even let me manually browse the folders for the installation. Can anyone help?

The patch checks the registry for the install path. If you moved the DD game folder or used an over aggressive registry cleaner, you can either re-install the game, or add / update the registry with the proper path. A registry file (which will have to be edited if you installed to other than the default folder) is available in the following topic, which will add the appropriate entries.
