I've played a good few hours now and have noted some bugs and inconsistences. Unfortunately I don't have time to follow others feedback so please forgive me if I am following information.
In the owl bear cave when you climb out of the shrine area towards the back of the cave the image of the character goes too high, effectively floating in the air and then falls. Taking damage.
In the sunlit wetlands sometimes a perception check was passed but no trap shows up. I think that the things shown up by perception checks in general should stand out more or have the screen centre on them.
In the camp when Astarion goes to take a bite the image of my character isn't there, the roll mat appears empty
If I let as to Astarion drink and fail both checks to stop him, in the cut scene it looked like it would be me that died but when I awoke it was Shadowheart that was dead
The image of Gondrel keeps jumping during the conversation
When I stab Astarion the animation shows me pulling out a weapon but there is no actual image of any weapon
When you use items or drink potions from the pack it's the selected character that uses it whereas it could be more logical to have whichever characters pack the item is in use it instead
When a lock pick attempt failed it destroys the entire attack of picks in your pack. I imagine it would only destroy the one used in the attempt.
When looting a body and there are lots of items in the list, taking one lower than the first 20 causes you to have to scroll all the way down again. It's slightly time consuming.
I've found that halsin dithers alot when moving the party around rooms. It almost seems like the game is using his bear size in the background
