There is a named frog to the east of Riverside Teahouse. When you engage in combat with it it just has mirror image on itself. I cast 1st level magic missle on it and get full reflect on all 3 shots(frog didnt use skin yet), then it jumps away on its turn and uses 'slimy skin'.
