Hey, Larian!
I really appreciate the use of forums to facilitate intra-user commentary and discussion, but a little concerned about the stark feeling that the overwhelming majority of the inputs will be skipped due to volume or disregarded for myriad other reasons.
Upon starting early access, I hand-wrote pages of notes on my initial impressions on BG:III; most technical, but certainly including some gameplay and story feedback (such as: how does the entire faction know if you've defeated some of their comrades, despite never coming to the rescue during the conflict? Need in-character explanation as to why or fix for broken encounter system to allow for stealthy erosion of force). After a cursory look through the forums, I've reached the decision that there's almost certainly no point in posting any of that feedback. Without a system of categorization, sorting, prioritizing and updating feedback, plus communicating progress/decisions to the players, the forum simply isn't a good tool to manage EA player inputs.
Might I respectfully suggest that Larian bring their studio and development resources to bear and procure/create a better EA-management system? If you build something in-house, could certainly be licensed to other shops feeling the same pain (Steam integration would be a plus, but agnostic would likely be fine).
Keep up the improvements and dedication to your craft; you're a talented and focused bunch!
