The Intransigent Hammer fires it's knockdown/knockback proc on both critical hits and critical misses. While helpful I don't think it's supposed to proc on a miss. Proccing on killing blows working fine. Side Note: In my opinion altering the description to include that the proc also has a knockback effect instead of just a knockdown would be helpful.
