The livestream Larian did where Swen reveals you can become a full vampire or a werewolf later on in the game? I think we have enough indication that it is true given Cazador and Helia provide ways to become one, but I have not been able to find the exact stream where this was discussed. It was in one of those announced through Steam, I think.
