So was just about to reach hag's fight in her cave or whatever and voila, the bug I faced in the last play-through is still there. In case anyone doesn't know, she's just absent from where she's supposed to be, hiding in plain sight unless someone throws an aoe attack in the exact place. Even then, she doesn't aggro and you can kill her by attacking continuously out of combat. Was really hoping for a final satisfying fight after the update. Wish they'll fix it next time.
