First actual crash or lockup I've had:
The dialog we get when first attacking the group of Gnolls outside the cave with the two survivors, where we're offered a chance to use the Illithid power to deal with the Gnoll leader. I chose the one to have her eat her other gnolls, and the game locked up. Needed a Task Manager quit.
ETA: Reloaded from the last save, went through the same dialog options and no problems this time.
