The game is awesome, I notice a few things different from 5e rules though but that's okay, you're the DM 8) and quite honestly it's an amazing early access! Maybe lean more toward RAW though.
I did notice though which is slightly a "huh? why?" moment is when I was battling the goblins in the town, being super sneaky and strategic (as they outnumber the party). However, a diversion took place which turned into a blatant sacrifice and I planned on sneaking over and reviving the hero by the windmill once the goblin horde was pulled toward the cliff with vines (far away from the windmill). It worked, got a bunch of them in the spider web room, burned the hell out of them with oil and fire, pushed one down the hole that the web was no longer. Perfect! Lets go pick up our fallen hero by the windmill.
Stealth ALL the way, no one sees me. Gobbos can't find my guy, they sit there mocking and taunting. I sneak over and revive my downed player, and instantly go into stealth mode again. HOORAY!
But wait...way out of sight and behind a huge rock facing, a tree, half a house, a road, and a wall, the goblins begin to RUSH the now revived player as if they suddenly knew that she had been revived. Did I mention they were WAY out of sight range of the gobbos? Because the hero wasn't in "stealth" mode, the goblins automatically knew they had been revived and their location as if they were calling out to the goblins "Come at me, gob'bro!"
I just thought that maybe this should be made light of for future reference to combat dynamics, because that would have been an epic rescue had that not happened 8)
Also, roof top holes, can we get some sort of indicator(s) where the roof holes are, one does think they're safe because the roof disappears. Maybe sun/moon rays?
The role-play and decision making is on point, love it! I like how it forces the player to think strategically and it's not just a "I'm the hero! Barby SMASH ALL!" Good stuff!
