I think it would be a good addition to have a way to drop concentration on a spell. There are times when I'm holding concentration on fog cloud and want to drop it so the area is clear again but cannot do so.
This is a good idea. Right now, if you have a Concentration Cantrip such as Friends or Resistance, you can cast that to drop concentration on something else, but there should be a "stop concentrating" command.
