A Shadowheart bug reported by quite a few people before this patch is still persisting after it.
I rolled a cleric and so hadn't really been using Shadowheart once I gained my fourth companion and could relegate her to camp. Despite talking to her at camp every time I went back to it, she vanished from camp when I went back to camp the most recent time and I found her waiting for me at the Hollow just outside the Druid Grove as if I'd never recruited her, with dialogue also indicating that we'd never met despite the fact she'd been travelling with me for a good while.
I know this is a bug people have been reporting since launch, but I'm surprised to see it's still going strong even after the most recent update, so I thought I'd point out it's still happening!
