Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Technical Problems Act2 BF

I have downloaded 4.44 and I have gone into a BF in act2 for the first time.
It has mutants and mages and citadel archers, none of which are giving XP when I kill them. The same thing happened in the pit where the Shaman trapped me.
No XP for killing anything.
I am at level 20. If there are no XP's in act 2 BF's I will move on to act 3.
All other quests in act 2 are completed except for the BF's I have not entered yet.

Rayman, have you looked at the levels of the enemies in the BF, Act 2? I think, your level is too high. If so, it's game balance - known from Divinity also.

Always pay attention to the levels of the monsters you are facing vs your level for a good indication of difficulty, and keep in mind that the easier the monsters, the less XP you get (all the way down to 0). Another good indication is if all the monsters are going down in one hit and you are not taking damage. At level 20, you are ready to go on to Act III. The only experience you might get from the battlefields at this point is by completing some of the merchant quests. Otherwise, grab any items you want to buy and move on.

Kiya, yes I have looked at the levels and came to that conclusion. I guess that my main question is, at the level that I am (20) are the BF's worth doing or should I move on. Mostly the issue is time management, 2 full levels of BFx4
would take a lot of time to really not be worth it. Thanks for your input
