So after you save the tiefling child being lured by the harpys near Sylvanus' Grove, he tells you to go talk to Dori, another Tiefling kid in the grove. Quest marker points to Dori.

However Dori seems to be uninterested in conversing and the quest cannot move further. He just says *grunts* haha....:
