So, I have a character with a 16 STR. This means +3 to hit and damage. It's included in the hit but not in the damage on the Nautiloid and early combat. For example, I struck an imp with a sword that should have done 1d8+3 damage and it did 2 pts.

Additionally, I have noticed the Life Cleric ability to add pts to healing does not work or does not work consistently. For example, a 3rd-level Life cleric casting a Cure Wounds will do 1d8+3+3 healing, meaning a minimum of 7. It has done 2/3/4/5 pts at various times.

In several instances, but primarily the Blighted Village and the Owlbear/Selunite Shrine, Shadowheart's conversation requires dice rolls that freeze the game. It just keeps rotating the dice icon slowly. Requires restart.

Disengage mechanic is confusing both in theory and practice. Several times I have tried to disengage and it jumps the character AND allows an enemy opportunity attack.

In trying to walk around enemies, the travel does not indicate threat and yet the enemy ends up getting a strike as I am moving to their flank or rear to stabby stab.

Check the combat log. The imps have resistance to (slashing?) damage, meaning that damage is halved against them.

The cleric things sounds like a bug. Check that it is not healing in multiple instances: i.e., "Character heals for 1d8. Character then heals for 3. Character then heals for an additional 3" instead of "Character heals for [1d8+3+3]"

Disengage: if you try to jump to a place not currently reachable from your position (obstacle/enemy in the way, out of your jump range) your character will move to another position before jumping. This is probably what is triggering the enemy AoO, not the jumping itself. Check the glowing white outline showing where your character will move before you confirm jumping.

Walk Around: If the red threat arrow doesn't pop up but you still get AoO'd, yes that's a bug. But sometimes the arrow is hard to see, and the pathfinding in this game is currently dumb. If this persists, try moving in small steps around the enemy instead of just clicking behind them.
