Is it just in my game or are opportunity attacks not working for everyone? I had entire battles where none of my OA worked, particularly the one
against petrified drows charmed by spectator and the one against duergar
. At first I thought they were all rogues but that is impossible, some of them had cleric or ranger spells and still they were walking past lae'zel and shadowheart like nothing. Not a single OA was triggered for me during those two fights, but the AI would still hit me if I moved without disengaging.

I would also like to add that when it does work, the opportunity attack area is too small considering in tabletop D&D is 15ft wide.

May I refer you to https://forums.larian.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=postlist&Board=89&page=1 or https://larian.com/support/baldur-s-gate-3#feedback, more appropriate places to list bugs.

Opportunity attack in tabletop D&D is 5ft, not 15. Unless you're talking about the full diameter of the AoO region, but that's a weird way to put it...

To answer your question, my AoOs work fine.

I think they just gave up.

Party control in Baldur's Gate 3 is a complete mess that begs to be addressed. SAY NO TO THE TOILET CHAIN

They very well all could be set with the mobile feat. Which would still be a bit odd.

They definitely a bit wonky.
I had some cases when instead of my attacking the enemy it used an AoO against me.
And I saw another thread with complaints about friendlies beeing targeted with AoO.

Reactions in general seem to be a bit wonky. I was trying out multiplayer a couple days ago and our cleric noticed that not only did their warding flare reaction vanish on level up, but that their opportunity attack then vanished at some point too. There was no way to get them back onto the reactions bar so they were just left without. They seemed to come back on reloading, but this happened at least twice, forcing us to reload. (Cleric player has already put in several feedback forms about it)

I've also noted that turning reactions on and off is very temperamental.

Yes, sorry for the late reply but what I mean is that a melee character controls a 15ft wide circle... that is very important for strategy since two melee characters side by side can practically block a certain area and protect the casters behind or whoever tries to go past will have to dodge one or maybe two opportunity attacks first.
