A few minor convenience requests. Apologies if these have already been suggested.

- If a mage sees a spell scroll, I would like some indication that they can potentially learn the spell. IE: Darkened or icon if they already know it or it is the wrong domain. It would be useful when browsing merchant inventories and during level up (assuming we continue to see spells we already know during that process).
- If a book has already been read by someone, it should be greyed/darkened or have some indication that someone in the party read it.
- If I steal something other than gold, the fact that it was stolen should follow the item and appear in its description. I shouldn't be able to sell stolen wares to just any merchant. Especially the merchant I just stole it from. =) Or ... maybe only offer some tiny fraction of a non-stolen items value.

Finally, if you continue to expose merchant inventories to pick pocket, please remove the ability to steal entire stacks of items like gold. When stealing a stacked item, you should only get 1 per attempt. And IMO, merchant gold shouldn't be exposed at all.

Yesss books marked as read would be really nice.
Also if stolen tags on items are introduced i think mol and all goblin merchants could make great fences.

At the moment izards can learn every spell from a scroll ( not only wizard spells ) and every char can use every scroll.
I hope that this is considered a bug and it will be fixed.

Otherwise I totally agree with your ideas.

Regarding stolen stuff, at least one of the TES games had a mechanic were you could sell stolen items only in a black market shop.
Though I am not sure what happens if you steal stuff from that black market shop.
