Near the crash site, where the player is first knocked after falling out of the Nautiloid, Ravaged Beach, near a backpack, near position x:310 y:270 (I noticed this was the position of the camera and not the current character unfortunately).
There is a wooden pier that goes into the water on one side. I walked that pier until my character was in the water.
I'm stuck, it won't move anymore, and the jump action has been disabled for some reason.
If I hide, the character crouches in a hiding position, but then it can't unhide, all actions become unavailable.
I can't target any part of land as a destination.
I would put a screenshot, but there is no upload feature in those forums (you should really remedy to that, or better, put a bug report in the game).
There is no solution but to reload the previous saved game.
It's not easy to replicate, on another attempt I could walk past the shallow water on the other part of the pier.
