The guy who has the tadpole crawl out of his eye, whose name I forget, has his script break if you move his body before checking it. I accidentally found this out when I fought his two followers and used Gale's pushing ability. They didn't move but his body did. When I went to check the body afterwards, expecting to trigger the script, nothing happened.
