It's great and fair to fix the issue where you could simply empty a trader's wares during a discussion and rob him blind without risk. But now, you successfully pick pocket the trader, as shown by the roll, but then the trader notices it anyway. What is the point. Really. It makes absolute sense to distract the trader and eitehr you are successful or you aren't. If you're successful then how is he always immediately aware, as in, right away...
All these changes are really major, lock picking, picking pockets changed beyond what is really necessary imo.
