For some reason, it appears the latest patch broke containers in general. This is also a problem with backpacks. Before the patch, I would use backpacks to store consumables and such as to not clog my inventory, but backpacks won't scroll either. A scroll bar appears on the right, but only the first page of slots are available to place items in.

im having this issue as well.

me too, in the case of an overfull container, selecting take all will still work even though you can't see it all. also stuff that seemed to get lost in the camp inventory because i couldn't scroll ended up returned to the character's inventory who sent it to camp in the first place after we left camp.
