Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Act 3 and the locked doors

I am ready to finish act 3 again, but this time I explored every area I could. However after all my exploring I still cannot enter a couple places. The frist is Serrick's Tower. I can't kill the guard, steal a key off him, or get him to let me in. Holding alt I can see a key behind his house but can't pick it up so I assume it is inside the house, not outside.
The second area I can't enter is the house next to the prision. I have no idea what to do and holding down alt while running around doesn't seem to help any.
So, how do I get in these places!

Serrick => as soon as you read the billboard about a mage seeking help => you can tell the guard, you come in the name of the Temple, he opens.

House next to prison. As lockpick doesn't work => In earlier versions you could steal the key from the guy renting you a house. Well, doesn't work anymore => no entry. Key/quest items can't be pickpocketed anymore. there's nothing crucial in there, just a chest, I can't open => no lockpick possible.
