The game crashes every time I try and open the hatch to go into the Zhentarim Hideout. I killed the gnolls and kept the survivors alive. I have the unopened chest with me. I was given the password but when I meet the guy in the Smoky room there was no option to give the password. I passed my dexterity check and he didn't blow me up. I used my rogue dialogue option flashing the signal for profit. Again, never having the opportunity to use the password but I am allowed entry. When I try to open the hatch the game crashes. I have tried seven or eight times now but with same results.
My first playthrough Brem, would not show me the good stuff even though I returned to the chest and was called a friend. Now I can't even get into The Hideout. All I want is the drow studded leather and in both of my playthroughs I haven't been able to get it.
I am playing on stadia with the controller in case that matters.
