I'm playing a Theif Rogue in the newest update, and for some reason whenever I try to pick one of the magic initiate feats, like the option for Warlock, and press the accept button to finish leveling up it doesn't complete the process, I'll have all my spells picked out and it won't care. I even tried just spamming the Accept button to finish the process, it simply will not allow me to level up with those feats selected. I can level up if I choose no feat, or the Athlete feat, but it does not like me trying to level up with the magic initiate feats.
