So I just took the soul coin from that tiefling girl at the Druid's Grove and it started whispering all over my game which is a really nice detail, my issue now is that every single one of my past saves is hunted with the frickin' demonic sound. It's the first time this happens to me after taking the coin. Help.
I hope this wasn't talked about in another thread, I searched for anything about this and nothing showed up.
EDIT: it fixed itself by re-entering the game completely a couple of times. I'll leave it here just so you know this can happen.
