In the Nautiloid ship, in the room where you find a woman who you can transform into an illithid by pressing a button, there is a plaque above the button describing what it does.
The thing is, at least with the default female voice, if you fail the arcana check, you learn that it says "perfect" but if you succeed the character says that she can't read it.
