My tav is a lv 4 character, but as you can see in the skills window are shown only lv 1 and 3, Wyll's tab shows only three levels. Meanwhile Shadowheart and Gale's skills window show all 4 levels. I'm puzzled because I wanted to use a spell "Read thoughts" hat is supposed to be a level two but I can not use it.

The levels appear when you get an extra benefit from them. Do fighters get anything for leveling up to 2 and 4?

Yes I choosed the Shield Master option instead the automatic one (2 points for abilities). Tomorrow I'm going to reload the save done just before the level up and take notes about all the char changes.

But Shield Master is listed separately, so it wouldn't be double listed in Level 4.
