After getting into a fight with Nettie over the antidote, I left her knocked out in her giant spider form. After rescuing Halsin, I checked back on her and got a dialogue scene of a giant spider thanking me for bringing him back. Days later she still hasn't changed back, going about her normal activities like nothing's wrong. Maybe she really likes being a spider?
