Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Technical & Gameplay Problems Nettie in the battle for the grove

Not sure if it's been pointed out before: When you side with the goblins you'll eventually get into a fight with the druids down in the grove. A few rounds into the fight, Nettie will transform into her giant spider form which would normally be a "oh damn" moment as there's the potential for webs, spitting poison, getting flanked by spider jumps, etc. Instead she just scuttles off to the far side of the grove and does nothing. Even when she was the last druid standing, she never attacked my party.

She basically did the same thing in my evil playthrough, but often hopped over from the wooden bridge as if she was going to enter the fight only to immediately hop back without doing anything else?

My player character and the three ogres survived the battle with the other druids, then wasted her without a second thought before reviving my other party members. Whether or not she would have calmed down and surrendered is unknown to me?
