Potion of Strong Will says it gives immunity from "Mad", but I'm finding it does not. On Bloodmoon Island both Virkdn and Charlene -- er, Enelrahc -- are able to cast spells that put the "Mad" status on Beast, despite his Potion of Strong Will status. (He is protected from "Terrified").

Beast has the Glass Cannon talent, in case that's relevant. (v3.6.69.4648, Mac)

You can see he has both statuses: Potion of Strong Will(3) and Mad(2).

I’ve since learned from Larian Support that this is a known issue.
