After the fight at the druid grove Astarion and Galen got stuck in their landing animation while climbing down. They where off screen when it happened (Tav was on the rock on the far left of the battlefield when the fight ended) and they might have been in the middle of one of those "on map dialogues" with Shadowheart I at least heard her talking.
No matter how much I walked around they didn't get unstuck but choosing one of them as the party leader made both of them snap out of it.
