For anyone going (its only dropping to 120 fps lel) That is not the point.The point is it's causing erratic frametimes which makes camera movement hitchy/blurry.
I have no idea why moving the camera around would cause such erratic fps/frametime changes.
As you can see temps are fine,Both gpu/cpu clocks are also stable so I'm assuming it's the game doing something it's not supposed too.
Rig is 3080,9900k,970 evo SSD,3200mhz ddr4 16ghz. Driver version 457.51
