Lae'zel attacked with bow from across chasm so all the hook horrors had to jump across it and surrounded her. As she was using the "Light of Creation" glaive she had the extra reach to have all 4 in range. Lucky rolls and hit all 4 with two crits then jumped away. Next attack was my warlock with the shatter AOE for 64 more!

+- 120 damages on 1 hit at lvl 4 wink

I'd like to see how the monk will work in Larian's vision of D&D. I bet : it's gonna be broken !

To be fair, it was 2 attacks, with one of them being a Lv2 spell.

Fireball against 4 targets average damage, comes out to 112; so 2 peoples turns, a short rest resource attack and a Lvl2 spellslot came out to about the same as a level 3 spell, that could potentially hit even more targets anyway.

Doesn't sound crazy unbalanced to me, and I'm generally more for sticking to the book.

All 4 of those hits from Lae'zel should have procced an additional 1D6 lightning each (Light of Creation Glaive). For whatever reason 'cleave' hits don't proc.
