Tell you what, Im level 9 and just completed act one with two warriors as PC’s …I have not spent one skill or attrbute point since level 4 and had no problem getting through the act……they made it too easy, every battle you know will be tough before hand you just exit to the battle ground click on merchant and purchase a crap load of healing potions, then just drink those bad boys like crazy during battle,, too damn easy….when you come back to game from the battle field just go right back to battle field and load up on potions their restocked immediately…

Don’t know.. but this is not right, wish in a way that the battle field idea was not implemented, takes the challenge out of the game….

Just my two cents…

Don't use that method if its too easy maybe?

You have a point though. The temptation is strong. That's why I like the idea of a 'belt' of potions like in D2 where you have a max of 16 slots before you are in trouble.....

Still, you are early in the game yet...

Then you still have the teleporter stones. Like in DD 1 in the healer village next to a bunch of barrels chests & other containers with about all the junk that I might need, use or couldn't sell yet.

I'm very glad the option to go to the BF merchants to restock is there. Also delighted they always have fresh stuff. The game is difficult enough as it is.I keep dying left and right because my reflex to hit the space bar just isn't fast enough.A lot of enemies seem to be able to kill me in one or two hits. Which often happens very fast, before I can react. Also traps often kill me instantly, even at full health. They provide a real nasty "Got you!" feeling. Mind you I'm playing at ..."very easy".At the moment I'm doing my very best not to become too frustrated, but I often quit the game to play something really easy like Sacred, or something really enjoyable like Divine Divinity.

Yeah but at least you had to drop the tstone and click it if you wanted to use it. I remember being pinned down and trying to click it only to hit the enemy that was standing on top of it.

If I remember well you had a button to instantly drop and use the stone, and you could do it while the game was paused.

Sorry for the

You don't have to use the Battlefields if you don't want too. Some people do not.

Sounds like you are playing on a difficulty that is too easy for your ability.. Try increasing the difficulty level.

Also remember that the Battlefields will allow you to continue playing the game long after you have beaten the final battle. Battlefields will still be there when, in almost all other games, all you see is "Game Over".
