If Minsc and Boo will make it in the game Boo absolutely positively have to do damage.

"Go for the eyes, Boo. GO FOR THE EYES! RrraaaAAGHGHH!"
needs to be followed by ”Boo did 1 piercing damage to Goblin”

Enough said!

Would Boo accidentally kill you like other familiars? grin

Since Boo is a Giant Miniature Space Hamster, if he falls on you while climbing (like your spider does) will he kill you?

Boo is miniature giant space hamster. Not other way around. Thus it weights about same as regular hamster. So how it could kill you by falling top of you?

Any and all ways that Boo can participate in game (top of participating in combat) would be greatly appreciated.

Here is officially WoTC promoted content where Boo is player character and actively participates in campaign! And really really fun to watch!

Link goes to one of Baldurs Gate: Descent into Avernus main stage gaming events of D&D live 2019:

Yes, I had a dyslexic, brain fart moment and reversed giant and miniature while typing. Doesn't change anything though.

Size density and mass are not necessarily corelated - especially where magic comes into play

Boo's is able to magically change his mass and density - he can make himself REALLY heavy.

Well a miniature giant space hamster might still have the same weight as a giant space hamster, just a lot more density

...maybe THAT is what caused Minsc's condition

I believe Boo should have at least chance to blind the enemy ...
Simmilar to raven familiar.

Yes. If you don't give Boo an ability to blind the enemy I will demand a refund, Larian

Time to answer few of these ridiculousness.

If Boo can change mass and density this will beg a question why would it try to kill it's party members by changing mass to something heavy instead feather?

Are you suggesting Boo is evil? That would be blasphemy beyond recognition and earn spot in ignore list (if this forum has one)

No it can't. Boo is seen climbing on creatures shoulders and arms without them getting crushed.

My Spider Companion squished Astarion.

I would argue that had it been Boo squishing Asterion, it would not be deemed an evil deed!!

And as Boo can magically change mass and density, he can climb all over Minsc without harming him - he keeps mass and density low because he likes Minsc.

Boo meet Evil - Evil meet Boo.
