Possible spoilers for Kagha and the Druids Cove
When I followed Netti into the hidden library and talked to her, she acted as though she had already poisoned me despite not having that cutscene play yet. It happened when I confronted Kagha about being a shadow druid before talking to her. I tried reloading a save from before talking with Netti but after killing Kagha and even closed and reopened the game but it didn't fix the problem. The only fix i could find for it was reloading a save from before I confronted Kagha. After doing so, the cutscene played as it was supposed to.
