Not sure if this has been brought up before, but the green gloves you get early on, I think they are called "Gloves of Power" where an attacker gets hit with bane when hits you, also gives the character wearing the item the same debuff when they attack a NPC. Not sure if this is a bug, or if it is intentional. If it is intentional, you should really add that to the description, because it plainly states the ATTACKER, not the character that has them equipped.

It's intentional.
At this point, it's hardly a spoiler but I'll use it anyways:

The magic items with the Absolute tag requires you to have the Absolute brand to negate the negative effects of said item. So in the case of the Gloves of Power, if you decide to get branded, your character will not receive Bane.
