Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Technical & Gameplay Problems Shadows too dark in game

This game used to run perfectly for me, but I recently reinstalled it and now all the shadows in game are far too dark.

I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070, updated with the latest drivers. I get the same problem with Vulkan and DirectX 11. Changing the gamma settings doesn't affect the shadows. They stay pitch-black.




Does anyone know a solution to this? Right now it's all but unplayable for me.

Okay, turns out it was a driver issue after all. Solved.
