So these romances... Wyll/Gale. I am going to admit, I didn't take Wyll nor Gale in my party because I found them irritating. I thought Asterion was funny.

However, I did watch some of the romances on YouTube and it got me thinking...

If you wanted some real immersion, why not make Gale and Wyll not able to actually "perform" the night of the party... have it come out slowly in the story that they have given their hearts or "thingies" to another... and they really like you but uh... just can't do it. That's realistic. Everyone doesn't need to get some boning done at that party... I mean in real life, we don't always score on our first shot.

Make it part of the mystery- this dude you really want to get jiggy with is sending you all the signals but when the moment of truth comes "summon raging boner" spell doesn't work. You feel rejected. He feels... like a failure as a lover... but! It isn't his fault! The Cambion/Mystra hold our mans... stuff in their power and we need to slowly find out why... because even though we didn't get any sumthin'-sumthin', we're falling in love anyway...

I mean if we can have adult themes in a game (which I approve of!) let's really get adult.

You don't always get what you want... on the first try. wink

You just described your first night with Wyll. That's exactly what happens, unless you pass a very high Persuasion roll.

So where's the option where Shadowheart surprisingly lets loose, tries to keep up with you, drinks too much, throws up, then tries to lie down in the dirt; So, you manage to get her to drink a big goblet of water, guide her to her bed, cover her with a blanket, and let her sleep?

I mean, I've fallen in love after a situation like this, but the genre is called fantasy for a reason.

That's more or less what happens with Shadowheart if you take the evil path and slaughter all the tieflings. She drinks herself senseless.

Haha, good to know. I'm sure they'll fix it eventually, but every time I've tried to take the evil path, I go too evil and break the game entirely. I get Minthara, standing in Zevlors office(where I slaughtered him), telling me to find the last of the tieflings, but I already killed them all. I even threw the tiefling kids off cliffs(which isn't easy to find the sweet spot in patch 3) cause they won't die by the blade.

Huh, I've never had a problem going the evil path. It doesn't bug out. How are you doing this? For me, I betray Zevlor at the gate and let Minthara in, they die pretty easily, then I move on to the conflict in the area outside of Zevlor's place, after that is done, I kill the civilians in the office area. At this point, Minthara tells me that the druids are holding their last patch of ground in the heart of the grove, I go there. They die pretty quickly if you know how to use your nautiloid barrels, and then I return to Minthara (I never had to kill the children, they are dead when I enter Mol's room) and she says that the absolute is blessing me. I then go onto the evil version of the camp party

I kill the gate guards. Block off the gate with explosive barrels and nautiloid tanks. Split my party so I have someone to set them off. Kill Kagha first. Work my way out as the war starts and some attempt to flee. Leave no survivors, druid or tiefling. Then I leave the grove for the first time.
