Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Barnabus - where is he?

I have found Barnabus' book, but that doesn't help me much when I can't find Barnabus again. He isn't with the statue where he gave me the quest, is this a bug, or is it meant to be this way (and in that case where is he?)? A bit tired of looking for him now.
