This seems to be bugged, but my Druid's wild shapes all have a +0 to damage on all their attacks, regardless of their strength or dexterity bonus.

I noticed that too, but it is only a UI bug. You still get the attack/damage bonus from STR or DEX in the combat log. Still, something that should be fixed.
